IT’S DONE – I REACHED TARIFA!
How can I possibly describe day 93, the final day of Velosperanza.
Well, it started with a flat tire which was luckily a quick fix.
When I climbed up to over 300m, I had a spectacular view of the Strait of Gibraltar. Morocco is so close which I didn’t expect.
Then I reached Tarifa and the southern tip of Europe. I just set down and cried for a while as this moment was overwhelming. I could feel that a huge weight was lifted from me, of which I didn’t even know it was there.
After lunch in beautiful Tarifa, I can close the chapter of Velosperanza now.
But not without expressing my deepest appreciation to everyone of you who accompanied me during this personal adventure and for donating to a good cause.
49 children will have the opportunity to receive their chemotherapy and donations are still welcome 🙂
I will drive to Jerez to catch my flight back to Germany. Afterwards another adventure awaits me when I begin to develop my Coaching business.
On top I intend to teach yoga again but time will tell when and where.
Have a great Christmas time everyone and thank you again.
Big hugs from Spain,
